Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan pertama yang didapat anak sejak lahir adalah lingkungan keluarga yakni ayah dan ibu sebagai tempat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dimulai. Cara mendidik anak yang diterapkan oleh orang tua memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan si buah hati. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung terlihat bahwa orang tua menerapkan pola asuh authoritative. Pola asuh authoritative akan memberikan kesempatan pada anak menunjukkan bahwa dirinya adalah bagian dari orang-orang disekelilingnya, sehingga memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosional anak. Dengan rumusan masalah “apakan ada pengaruh pola asuh authoritative terhadap perkembangan emosi anak uisa 5-6 tahun di RA perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh authoritative terhadap perkembangan emosi anak usia 5-6 tahun di Ra Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Ex-Post Facto. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah sejumlah wali murid RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung. Alat pengumpul data yang utama menggunakan angket. Instrument angket sebelum digunakan, dilakukan pengujian untuk megetahui validitas dan reliabilitas instrument. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Taraf signifikansi yang ditetapkan adalah 0,05 (5 %) dan untuk itu perhitungan dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 20 For Window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai regresi linier sederhana pola asuh authoritative terhadap perkembangan emosi anak sebesar 11,100 dengan nilai sig ( 2- tailend )sebesar 0.003. di bandingkan dengan taraf signitifikasi 0,05 (5 % ) dengan nilai sig ( 2-tailed) ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 ( 5% ) artinya terdapat pengaruh variable pola asuh authoritative (X) terhadap perkembangan emosi anak (Y) usia 5- 6 tahun di RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung dengan uji koefesien sebesar determinasi ( R Square ) 0,346 di mana besarnya yakni 34,6 % dan sebesar 65,4 % di pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan orang tua mampu menerapkan pola asuh yang bisa mendukung perkembangan dan pertumbuhan si buah hati apalagi perkembangan emosi si anak. Kata Kunci : Perkembangan Emosi anak dan Pola asuh Authoritative. iiABSTRACT The first education that children get from birth is the family environment, namely the father and mother as the place where the child's growth and development begins. The way of educating children applied by parents has a very big influence on the growth and development of the baby. Based on observations made at RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung, it can be seen that parents apply authoritative parenting. Authoritative parenting will provide opportunities for children to show that they are part of the people around them, thus giving a significant influence on children's emotional development. With the formulation of the problem "is there any influence of authoritative parenting on the emotional development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung?. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of authoritative parenting on the emotional development of children aged 5-6 years in Ra Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung. The research method is quantitative research with the type of research Ex-Post Facto. The population and sample of this study were a number of guardians of RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung. The main data collection tool is using a questionnaire. The questionnaire instrument before being used was tested to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument. Then the data analysis used a simple linear regression test with pre-requisite analysis tests including normality and linearity tests. The specified level of significance is 0.05 (5%) and for this reason the calculation is assisted by the SPSS version 20 For Window program. The results showed that the simple linear regression value of authoritative parenting on children's emotional development was 11.100 with a sig (2-tailend ) value of 0.003. compared with the significance level of 0.05 (5%) with the value of sig ( 2-tailed) is smaller than 0.05 (5%) meaning that there is an influence of authoritative parenting variable (X) on the emotional development of children (Y) aged 5 -6 years at RA Perwanida 2 Bandar Lampung with a coefficient of determination (R Square) 34.6% where the amount is 34.6% and 65.4% is influenced by other factors. With this research, it was hoped that parents will be able to apply parenting styles that can support the development and growth of the baby, especially the emotional development of the child.
