Abstract

ABSTRAK Keluarga merupakan unit terkecil dari suatu masyarakat. Berawal dari unit terkecil inilah kemudian berkembang menjadi unit yang lebih besar berupa suku, marga, dan komunitas masyarakat lainnya. Selanjutnya, persatuan dari suku-suku tersebut akan membentuk unit yang lebih besar lagi yang dapat disebut sebagai suatu negara. Tentunya dengan hadirnya BKKBN di tengah masyarakat indonesia meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga diharapkan masyarakat dan mampu pada umumnya melalui program-program yang dilaksanakannya. permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya BKKBN dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga di Pekon Bangun Negara? dan bagaimana analisis hukum Islam tentang upaya BKKBN dalam peningkatan keluarga sejahtera di Pekon Bangun Negara?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya BKKBN dalam peningkatan keluarga sejahtera di Pekon Bangun Negara. Untuk mengetahui analisis hukum Islam tentang upaya BKKBN dalam peningkatan keluarga sejahtera di Pekon Bangun Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan berfikir deskriftif analisis alasannya penelitian membutuhkan analisa dalam rangka menemukan hukum terkait dengan tinjauan hukum Islam tentang upaya peningkatan keluarga sejahtera menurut BKKBN. Penelitian ini merupakan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang dilakukan pada warga Pekon Bangun Negara. Didukung oleh library research (penelitian perpustakaan) sebagai pendukung dalam melakukan penelitian, dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur yang ada di perpustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah yang diangkat untuk diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di dapat kesimpulan bahwa upaya yang dapat dilakukan demi mewujudkan keluarga yang sejahtera menurut BKKBN, yaitu melalui pembentukan kelompok kegiatan usaha peningkatan pendapatan keluarga sejahtera (UPPKS), upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga masyarakat desa bangun negara kelompok kegiatan yaitu POKTAN adalah dari atau upaya kesejahteraan keluarga di pekon bangun negara, dan juga badan usaha milik desa (BUMDesa). Berdasarkan analisis hukum Islam tentang upaya peningkatan keluarga sejahtera menurut BKKBN di pekon bangun negara, kecamatan pesisir selatan, kabupaten pesisir barat sesuai dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam, karena menurut analisis, warga pekon bangun negara telah memenuhi prinsip kesejahteraan keluarga menurut pandangan hukum Islam yaitu iiterpenuhinya kebutuhan materi yaitu dengan bekerja, bahwa umat manusia diperintahkan oleh Allah untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain, terpenuhinya kebutuhan rohani dengan senantiasa menjalankan ibadah pada Allah SWT, dan tersedianya sumber penghidupan. iiiABSTRACT The family is the smallest unit of a society. Starting from the smallest unit, it then develops into a larger unit in the form of ethnic groups, clans, and other communities. Furthermore, the union of these tribes will form an even larger unit which can be called a country. Of course, with the presence of BKKBN in the midst of Indonesian society, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the welfare of the family and society in general through the programs it carries out. The problem in this research is how to improve family welfare in Pekon and build the country? And how is the analysis of Islamic law regarding efforts to improve a prosperous family in Pekon to build a country? As for the purpose of this study is to determine the condition of a prosperous family in Pekon to build a country. To find out the analysis of Islamic law about efforts to improve a prosperous family in Pekon to build a country. This study uses a qualitative approach to descriptive analysis, the reason is that the research requires analysis in order to find laws related to the review of Islamic law regarding efforts to improve a prosperous family according to the BKKBN. This research is a field research conducted on the residents of Pekon Bangun Negara. Supported by library research (library research) as a support in conducting research, by using a variety of literature in the library that is relevant to the issues raised for research. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the efforts that can be made to create a prosperous family according to the BKKBN, namely through the formation of a business activity group to increase prosperous family income (UPPKS), efforts to improve the welfare of families of rural communities and build the country, namely the activity group or POKTAN is an effort of family welfare in Pekon builds the state, and also village-owned enterprises (BUMDesa). Based on the analysis of Islamic law about efforts to improve a prosperous family according to the BKKBN in Pekon-Build Negara, South Coast District, West Coast District, is appropriate and does not conflict with Islamic law, because according to the analysis of Pekon residents, building the state has fulfilled the principles of family welfare according to the view of Islamic law, namely the fulfillment of needs. material, namely by working, that mankind is commanded by Allah to do work that is beneficial to themselves and others, fulfilling spiritual needs by always carrying out worship to Allah Almighty, and the availability of a source of livelihood.
