Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi organisasi pencak silat Persaudaraaan Setia Hati Terate dalam pembinaan mental spiritual pada anggota di pondok pesantren Baitussalam Kelurahan Sumber Rejo Kecamatan Kemiling Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam hal ini mengamati suatu komunikasi organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi anggota dari berbagai aspek-aspek seperti aspek akhlak, aspek akidah, dan aspek ibadah, hingga pada akhirnya anggota dapat mengamalkan dan mempraktikan pesan-pesan yang dikomunikasikan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Proses Komunikasi Organisasi Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate dalam Pembinaan Mental Spiritual pada Anggota di Pondok Pesantren Baitussalam dan Apa Model yang Digunakan pada Komunikasi Organisasi Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate dalam Pembinaan Mental Spiritual pada Anggota di Pondok Pesantren Baitussalam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses komunikasi organisasi pencak silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate dalam pembinaan mental spiritual pada anggota di pondok pesantren Baitussalam, serta untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan model komunikasi organisasi pencak silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate dalam pembinaan mental spiritual pada anggota di pondok pesantren Baitussala. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara detail terhadap sesuatu yang menjadi obyek, gejala atau kelompok tertentu. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dan sampel berjumlah 9 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan berfikir induktif. Metode berfikir induktif yaitu suatu analisis berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya dikembangkan menjadi hipotesis. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukan bahwa proses komunikasi organisasi pencak silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate dalam pembinaan mental spiritual pada anggota di pondok pesantren Baitussalam dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori proses komunikasi Harlod Lasswell, yaitu pelatih sebagai sender atau pengirim pesan, serta anggota khusus sebagai receiver atau penerima pesan, (message) yang berisi tentang pembinaan mental spiritual atau wejangan, respon berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan baik berkenaan dengan materi yang telah disampaikan maupun diluar konteks materi, umpan balik (feedback) berupa penerapan pembinaan mental spiritual baik dalam mengembangkan ilmu PSHT serta wujud nyata dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Serta model komunikasi yang digunakan adalah model komunikasi interaksional atau kamunikasi dua arah, yaitu komunikasi antara komunikator dengan komunikan begitupun sebalik sehingga terjadi feedback (umpan balik). The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the communication process of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate pencak silat organization in spiritual mental development for members at the Baitussalam Islamic boarding school, as well as to identify and describe the communication model of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate pencak silat organization in spiritual mental development for members at Baitussalam Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is a type of field research, which is a study that aims to describe in detail something that is an object, symptom or group. The population of this study amounted to 30 people and the sample amounted to 9 people. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative analysis with an inductive thinking approach. Inductive thinking method is an analysis based on the data obtained, then developed into a hypothesis. Data collection in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation at the research site. Based on the results of research in the field, it shows that the communication process of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate pencak silat organization in fostering mental spirituality for members at the Baitussalam Islamic boarding school is carried out using Harlod Lasswell's communication process theory, namely the coach as a sender or message sender, and special members as receivers or recipients of messages. , (message) which contains spiritual mental development or advice, responses in the form of questions both regarding the material that has been conveyed and outside the context of the material, feedback in the form of applying mental spiritual guidance both in developing PSHT knowledge and its real form in life. socialize. And the communication model used is an interactional communication model or two-way communication, namely communication between the communicator and the communicant and vice versa so that feedback occurs. This model aims to create interactive communication between trainers and members.
